LODGING

+ Combined, the Main Villa and Pavilion Loft sleep 14 people.
+ All living spaces are heated and cooled for your house guests. 
+ House guests / your bridal party are able to use the restrooms in the Villa. 
+ Towels + linens, cooking utensils, and all appliances are yours to use when you stay in the Villa.
+ Use of the Villa also includes enjoyment of the pool table.

 
 

GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS

+ Guests can park in the West pasture. If you would prefer an ensured “mud-free experience”, we can put you in touch with a shuttle service at your own expense.
+ Porta potties and wash stations are located just outside the barn. We service them weekly to ensure cleanliness.
+ Space heaters, quilts, + two industrial-sized fans are available as needed to help keep your guests comfortable.
+ We have recently installed a heating/cooling system in the pavilion for your comfort.

 
 

EVENT SPACES

Our three main event spaces are both spacious + versatile. To best utilize these spaces, you may use any/all of the below:

+  50- 6’ rectangular tables (seat 8)
+  12- 5’ round tables (seat 8)
+  350- white folding chairs
+  52- hand-crafted wooden benches (seat 5)
+  1- metal ceremony arch
+  4- large wine barrels
+  3- small round cocktail tables
+  2- vintage couches
+  1- move-able bar

The Farm includes a number of amenities to help you + your guests relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings:

+  100-acres of countryside to wander & explore
